Krabi Tourist Attractions

Krabi, for me its a Heaven on Earth. I was completely mesmerised by the natural beauty of the Krabi Province in Thailand, Though I have visited only few attractions.

Krabi is one of the southern provinces of Thailand. Krabi has a lot of natural beauty which is characterised by beautiful beaches, lime stone cliffs, forest and mangroves, and etc..

How to go to Krabi

In my opinion the best way to go Krabi is through flight. Krabi airport is just 30 mins journey to Krabi town and around 45 minutes journey to Ao nang.

How to go to Ao nang from Krabi Airport

There will be minivans available readily which will be departed when it gets full. I think the fare from Krabi airport to AoNang is 150 THB per person. Most of the drivers know all the hotels in Krabi, Just say your hotel name they will drop you at your hotel.

Places to visit in Krabi Province, Thailand

• Hong Island, Krabi Province Thailand

  Hong Island is a gem. A must visit attraction in Krabi. Heaven on Earth. Hong island has a lagoon and beach both are awesome. A good spot for snorkelling and Kayaking
  

• Paradise island, Krabi, Thailand

  Paradise island is good for snorkelling. Soft white sand beach. But the bay is very small, it gets crowded. A lot of fish and crystal clear water. It will be covered in three island trip of Hong, Paradise and Pakbia.
  

• Pakbia island, Krabi, Thailand

  Pak bia is a small island, yet very beautiful. Pak bia has crystal clear water and also has some snorkelling spots. Its very nice location for capturing photos. It will be covered in three island trip of Hong, Paradise and Pakbia.
  

• Krabi Hot water springs

  Krabi Hot water springs are naturally formed hot water tubs, with fresh running water at 35 to 40 Centigrade temperature. It is said that the water has some mineral salts which will be good for skin.
  

• Emerald Pool, Krabi, Thailand

  Emerald Pool water is from natural fresh water streams flowing into the pool. Swimming is allowed
  

• Blue Pool

  Blue Pool is very near to Emerald Pool. The name comes from the color. But swimming is not allowed in Blue Pool.

• Wat Kaewkorawaram, Krabi Town

  Its a budha temple, situated on a certain height. The temple looks stunning outside. The temple has a budha idol in a sitting position.
  

• Tiger cave temple, Krabi

  Tiger cave temple is located on a hill, which is a 1200 staircase way to the top. But once you reach there, one can enjoy the panoramic view

• Railay, Krabi

  Awesome, Awesome, Awesome... nothing can say about this. One must go there when in Krabi. The beaches, limestone rock formation and the caves. Simply amazing. Railay is a peninsular formation between Krabi town and Ao Nang, which is only accessible by boat.
  

• 4 Islands Trip from AoNagng, Krabi

  Four islands cover Koh Poda, Koh Gai(chicken), Koh Tub and Koh Mor. All these islands are near to Ao Nang. I would suggest go for this tour only if you have no time to visit Koh Hong.

• Ao Nang Beach and Nopparat Beach

  These 2 beaches have many Bar and Restaurants, Night markets and many beach front hotels from reasonable to luxury resorts. And many day trips will start from these 2 beaches.
